Plot

Famous manga artist Aijou Ippon begins working as on-site staff at a group home called “Sunflower House” in order to care for his daughter Mako, a young woman who has the intelligence level of a kindergartener.

The mentally disabled residents live happily together with the non-disabled staff and Ippon starts to believe it may soon be safe to return to his career as a cartoonist with his daughter in a safe, happy environment. However, the residents of Sunflower House will soon be affected by a severe turn of fate.
