Tetsuro Tamba

Tetsuro Tamba was a Japanese actor. He was born in Mitaka, Tokyo on July 17, 1922 and died of pneumonia on September 25, 2006.

Although he had a successful acting career in Japan spanning parts of seven decades, he is probably most recognizable to western audiences for playing Tiger Tanaka in the 1967 James Bond film “You Only Live Twice”.
