Calmi Cuori Appassionati (2001)

Calmi Cuori Appassionati (literally “Between Calmness and Passion”) is a Japanese movie directed by Isamu Nakae and based on a novel by Kaori Eguni. It was screened at the Tokyo International Film Festival on October 28, 2001 and released by Toho in Japan on November 10, 2001.

In the movie, an art expert named Junsei Agata is currently living in Florence, Italy. His life is going well, but 10 years ago he made a promise to a childhood love named Aoi that they would reunite at the top of a cathedral to rekindle their love. Now they have to figure out if their love has survived all that time.
