Unfair is a Japanese movie directed by Yoshinori Kobayashi. It's a theatrical continuation of the 11-episode “Unfair" TV drama which aired on Fuji TV from Jan 10-Mar 21, 2006.
Natsumi Yukihira is a tough-as-nails cop known for pushing all the limits to get the job done. Unyielding and dedicated, Yukihira’s obsession with her job has already destroyed her marriage, cost her custody of her daughter, and alienated her from co-workers that don’t agree with her tactics.
When Yukihira’s daughter is injured in a bomb blast, she’s admitted to a hospital that is subsequently seized by terrorists demanding 8 billion yen of the MPD’s “unofficial” funds within two hours.
Unwilling to even admit these funds exist, the police are slow to respond. Meanwhile, Yukihara takes matters into her own hands and confronts the terrorists while simultaneously unraveling a web of police corruption.
