A seven-member team is assembled by a shadowy police organization in order to combat a crime rate which has gotten way beyond the scope of typical law enforcement.
Led by Dairoku Hiba, the team consists of reformed thugs and former criminals and is given special permission to operate outside of the bounds of the law in order to take down criminals protected by corrupt government officials.
Their latest mission target is a dangerous terrorist who is threatening to unleash a deadly virus. Meanwhile, a far-reaching government conspiracy will soon be revealed.
