Plot
A murderer named Tatsuya Ichihashi avoids capture by the police for 2 years and 7 months after murdering a British woman teaching English in Japan.
While on the run, Ichihashi feels tremendous guilt for his crime and continuously alters his facial features, both in an attempt to evade capture and to deal with his own self-loathing.
