Permanent Nobara (2010)
Permanent Nobara is a Japanese movie directed by Daihachi Yoshida and based on a manga series by Rieko Saibara. It was released by Showgate in Japan on May 22, 2010.
Miho Kanno stars as Naoko, a woman who returns to her hometown with her young daughter. Naoko’s mother Masako (Mari Natsuki) runs the only hair salon in town, and the women congregate there every day to discuss their various experiences with men, or lack thereof. Meanwhile, Naoko keeps it a secret that she’s been dating her former teacher, Kashima (Yosuke Eguchi).
