The Rebirth of Buddha (2009)

The Rebirth of Buddha is a Japanese animated movie directed by Takaaki Ishiyama for the religious group Happy Science. It was released in Japan on October 17, 2009.

The film is an adaption of a book by the group’s founder, Ryuho Okawa, which illustrates their belief that Buddha will return one day “when the world sinks into darkness”.

Plot
