Ghost is 2010 a Japanese movie directed by Taro Otani and a remake of the blockbuster 1990 Hollywood film of the same name.

One major change in this remake is that the genders are reversed, with Nanako Matsushima starring as a business executive named Nanami who becomes a ghost. Seung-heon Song plays her grieving widower, a ceramic artist named Joon-ho, and Kirin Kiki plays a medium who helps the two of them reconnect.

Plot

One day, a company manager named Nanami meets and falls in love with Joon-ho, who’s staying in Japan to study ceramic art. However, when the two begin their life together, Nanami is involved in a tragic incident and loses her life. Refusing to allow her soul to go to heaven, Nanami instead chooses to remain at the side of Joon-ho.
