Toho has a new 99-second trailer for Ryuichi Hiroki’s “Strobe Edge” (out Mar 14, 2015) featuring scenes from the film compared to similar panels from Io Sakisaka’s original manga.

The movie stars Kasumi Arimura as a first-year high school student named Ninako Kinoshita who has no experience in love. One day she meets a popular boy named Ren Ichinose on a train and from that point on she starts encountering him more regularly as she gradually develops feelings for him. However, Ren already has an older girlfriend. As the relationship of these two is explored, several other people in their lives must deal with their own feelings of unrequited love.
